The Origins
Our story began when our Founder left his tech career to help his family through his father’s cancer battle during COVID—an experience that led to retiring his parents and realizing most business owners never plan their exit. Too many entrepreneurs let decades of value fade away at retirement, or fail to think ahead to it.
So we built a firm to change that—helping B2B founders scale with leverage & enterprise valuation in mind, and ultimately exit with outcomes that truly changes lives.
